Is your: * Neck straight * Shoulders square * Tummy in * Feet pointing forward Or do you have: * Slopped shoulders * Drooping bust * Chest caved in To achieve good posture you must make it a habit by keeping your shoulders back, abdomen pulled in, your head lifted and chin parallel to the ground. This won't be easy if you are not used to it because you will have to build the muscles that keep your body in the correct position. It will take patience and practice.
